All of our recipes are developed in-house by Chef Ted Grant. Ted’s passion, curiosity and appreciation for food started at an early age, inspired by generations of gourmet cooks. He chose to pursue culinary studies at the Stratford Chefs School in Ontario and completed his apprenticeship under world renowned Chef Marc Thuet at The Fifth in Toronto. Ted has led kitchens all over the globe. He has also been a teacher at the Culinary Institute of Canada for three years, a product Developer at Canada's Smartest Kitchen, and most recently, was the Manager of Hospitality Programming at the Nova Scotia Community College.
