Berry Kale Smoothie

Berry Kale Smoothie

Ingredients: 

1 cup Goodleaf Baby Kale
1/2 cup Goodleaf Micro Kale
1/4 cup Nova Scotia Wild Blueberries, frozen or fresh
3 strawberries, hulled
1/2 a banana
1/2 an avocado
1 Scoop vanilla protein (optional) 
6-8 ice cubes
Approx 1/2 cup water 

Makes one smoothie.

Combine all ingredients in blender, adding water until desired consistency.

Serve immediately.
