Kale Pomegranate Salad 

Micro Kale, tossed in good quality extra virgin olive oil, fresh squeezed orange juice and topped with shaved parmesan, pomegranate, pecans and pancetta lardons, season to taste, serve cold, immediately.

A perfect salad for a cold fall evening.
