PEI Mussels on a bed of East Coast Medley Mix, cooked in garlic, shallots and white wine and drizzled with basil oil (2 handfuls Basil, 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, blended). Finished with fresh lemon and Spice N Crunch
 

A delicious East Coast classic.
