Artichoke Dip with Kale Shoots

Ingredients

1.5 Lbs. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Mayonnaise
4 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 14 oz. Can Artichoke Bottoms
150 Grams Parmesan Cheese
1 Each Lemons Juiced
1 Clamshells GoodLeaf Kale Shoots

Directions:

Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise together leaving some chunks of cream cheese. Chop artichoke bottoms. Add remaining ingredients other than kale shoots and mix well.

 

Add mix to an oven-ready dish and bake at 350F for 15 minutes in a shallow water bath. Once hot, remove from oven, top with kale shoots for garnish and serve with desired chips/bread/crackers.
