Arugula and Basil Tartines

Ingredients

1 Cup GoodLeaf Farms Arugula
40 Grams GoodLeaf Farms Basil
2 Oz Grated Pecorino
2 Tblsp Olive Oil
1 Large Clove Garlic
1/2 Each Sliced and Fresh Toasted Bread
1/2 Tblsp Fresh Lemon Juice

Directions:

Crush garlic into two or three pieces and add to 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Allow garlic to infuse oil for 10-15mins. Slice bread and brush with oil. Toast bread in a pan or under broiler until lightly brown. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, arugula, basil, and grated pecorino to a mixing bowl. Season with salt to taste. Top bread with mixture, crack fresh black pepper(optional) to taste and serve.
