Green Goddess Dip
Meet your new favorite party dish! This crowd-pleasing dip is supercharged with added nutrients from our Intensely Arugula Microgreens and a bursting with craveable flavours.

Ingrédients

ROQUETTE SAVOUREUSE
- 1 Cup raw cashews, soaked in boiling water
- ⅓ Cup fresh dill
- ⅓ Cup green onion
- 1 Cup Intensely Arugula Microgreens, plus more for topping
- 1 Large garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp drained capers, plus more for topping
- 1/2 fresh lemon, juiced (more to taste)
- 1/3 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste

Soak cashews in boiling water for 15 mins.
While cashews are soaking, in a food processor blitz together remaining ingredients. Drain water from cashews and add them to the food processor and blend until desired dip consistency is reached. TIP: for a creamier dip add a splash of water and blend until completely smooth.
Once everything is blended as desired, plate by topping with more Intesnely Arugula Microgreens, chopped capers and drizzle of olive oil.
Serve with fresh baguette, veggies, or crackers of choice.
