4 Ingredient Breakfast Taco

Busy mornings are no excuse for skipping breakfast with this 4 ingredient Breakfast Taco filled with Intensely Arugula Microgreens!

  • 1 handful GoodLeaf Intensely Arugula Microgreens
  • 1 Flour Tortillas, toasted
  • 1 Egg, cooked
  • 1/2 Avocado, mashed

Toast tortilla, mash avocado, and cook your egg as desired.

Build your taco by layering mashed avocado on to the tortilla, add Intensely Arugula Microgreens, and finish with a cooked egg.

Optionally drizzle over some hot sauce, salt and pepper.
