Make Ahead Smoothie

Give your day a burst of energy & nutrients with this delicious microgreen smoothie. Make four portions at once, and freeze the rest for quick prep later!

·      1 Pack GoodLeaf Sweet Pea Shoots

·      2 Avocados, peeled, pit removed and halved

·      2 Bananas, peeled and halved

·      3 Frozen Mango

·      1 Palm sized Nub Ginger, quartered

·      Cold Water

·      Lime (Optional)

·      4 Resealable Containers (mason jars, tupperware, etc.)

Tired of waste and spending too much time on your morning smoothie? This recipe will solve both of those problems.

Simply divide the ingredients into mason jars, freeze and you’ll have a nutritionally dense breakfast in less than 2 minutes.

In each container, place 1/4 package of GoodLeaf Sweet Pea Shoots , half an avocado, half a banana, 3/4 cup mango and pineapple, and 1/4 of the ginger. Freeze until ready to use.

When ready to use, simply dump into blender. You may need to rinse the jar with warm water to loosen the ingredients.

Add 1 cup of cold water, a squeeze of fresh lime and blend until smooth.

Enjoy immediately!
