Waldorf Harvest Salad with Microgreens
A seasonal twist on the perfect hearty salad; The Waldorf, tossed in a tangy and sweet dressing.

Ingredients

Zesty Radish
- 1 Pack GoodLeaf Zesty Radish Microgreens
- 1 Cup Black, seedless grapes, halved
- 1 Cup Aged Cheddar Cheese, cubed
- 1 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1 Golden Delicious Apple, cubed
- 1 Honeycrisp Apple, cubed
- 1 Bosc pear, cubed
- 1 Bartlet Pear, cubed
- 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 1 Cup Walnuts, toasted
- 1 Head Garlic, roasted, removed from skin
- 1/4 Cup Good Quality Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Creme Fraiche or Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Lemon, Juice and zest
- Salt & Pepper to taste

In a large bowl toss grapes, cheese, celery, apples, cranberries, pears and walnuts together.
In a small bowl whisk together garlic, mayonnaise, creme fraiche, zest, juice and salt and pepper.
Toss with fruit mixture. Serve on a bed of GoodLeaf Zest Radish Microgreens and toss together just before serving.
