A delicious East Coast classic topped with a flavour-filled hit of Kick'n Mustard Microgreens.

Mussels

·      3 lbs Mussels

·      2 Shallots, minced

·      2 Cloves Garlic, minced

·      1/2 Cup White Wine

Basil Oil

·      2 Handfuls Basil, chopped

·      1/4 Cup Olive Oil

·      Salt to taste

·      1 Pack GoodLeaf Kick'n Mustard Microgreens

·      1 Lemon, juiced to taste

Simmer mussels in shallots, garlic, and white wine until cooked.

Drizzle with basil oil and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon & GoodLeaf Kick’n Mustard Microgreens.
