Salami & Microgreen Wreath
Piled high with fresh greens and vibrant reds of GoodLeaf Zesty Radish Microgreens, this appetizer is sure to wow your guests this holiday season.

Ingredients

· 2 Packs Salami
· 1 Pack GoodLeaf Zesty Radish Microgreens
· 1-2 Jalapenos
· 3/4 Cup Roasted Red Peppers
· 1 Block Cheese, of choice
· Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Pre-heat over to 375 degrees F.
Double stack salami slices and press into a muffin tin to shape into a cup. Tip: use a shot glass to help press down.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 7-10 minutes or until slightly brown.
In a small dish, add diced red pepper, jalapeno, your package of GoodLeaf Zesty Radish Microgreens, salt and pepper. Mix and set aside. Slice cheese into small rectangles and set aside as well.
Remove salami from oven and let cool for ~10 minutes.
Once cool, gently remove from muffin tin, add cheese in the bottom and top with microgreen mixture.
Place finished cups in a circular shape on a bed of Zesty Radish Microgreens for a festive holiday touch.
