Directions

Lay out your bread. Divide meat evenly amongst two slices of bread.

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard and honey, season with salt and pepper and stir to combine.

Spread on alternate slices of bread. Top each with cheese and microgreens. Close sandwiches and slice in half.

100g of Ham, thinly sliced
100g of Porchetta, thinly sliced
4 Slices of Proscuitto
1 Tbsp of Quality Mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp of Creamy Dijon Mustard
1/2 Tbsp of Grainy Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp of Honey
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
2 Slices of Havarti or Swiss Cheese, thinly sliced
1 Cup of GoodLeaf Spicy Musard Medley
